Hooked on Craft Challenge #18

Hello everyone, I'm popping in to share Hooked on Craft's Challenge #18 - to create a card using more than one fold.

I am also excited to share that I made the Hooked on Craft  Design Team, thank to Karen for choosing me and special shout out to my lovely friend Sandra Wilkinson who also made it onto the team!

Here is my card for challenge #18, I've created a tri fold card - my first ever and I liked it!

Craft Queen March Sketch Challenge

Hello there!  It's finally started raining here, well sprinkling really but I'll take it after the dreadful hot weather we've had here.

Craft Queen March challenge is a sketch challenge, not just one sketch but two sketches.  I created a card sketch and Petrina created a layout sketch, so lots of fun for you to join in with.

Sawyers Place Guest Design Team

Hello Hello Hello!  Have you discovered washi tape?  It seems very popular but I held off for some time before even getting myself a roll or two or three.  So when Tatum, owner of Sawyers Place put a call out for Guest Designers I put my hand up so I could discover what the fuss about washi tape was and here is what I created!

It was FUN!

You're Special To Me Card

I have used double red dot, pale pink and bianca floral scroll washi tape on this card to create the background

On this card I have covered a strip of white card with the double red dot washi tape and then using a scallop border punch I have punched along both sides

I have covered a piece of white card with the bianca floral scroll and then cut out the butterfly (spellbinders)

I have covered a piece of white card with bianca floral scroll and then cut out the labels shape (spellbinders)

Then I covered 6 strips of white card alternating the patterns with pale pink, double red dot and bianca floral scroll and using a fiskars effervesence border punch, punched 6 border strips

Heartfelt Thanks 

Using the negative of the labels die here I've attached it to the top of the card and covered the rest of the card with the red double dot washi tape.

I created a mini fan folded flower using some pale pink washi tape.  I just applied to strips of washi tape together to make it stronger and not sticky.

Here are the Sawyers Place washi tape rolls I have used - they are so pretty!

My Vintage Blossoms

Hello there, hope it's been a creative weekend for you? I'm popping in to show you some cards I have created using some pretties from My Vintage Blossoms.
