Dabbling in Digi

Hello! I have dabbled in digital scrapbooking for awhile now and tend to only create layout sketches to put on my "A Page From My Sketchbook" blog and for the odd sketch challenge at Flourish With a Bling. So with all the gorgeous digital kits I have I do sometimes slap a photo onto one of my digital sketches and voila, a digital scrapbook layout has been created. It's definitely a fun alternative to the paper layouts but I don't think I could ever totally give up creating the paper layout.

The digital scrapbook kit I have used has been created by Emma Stafrace and Lydell Quinn and it's called - Sweet Serenity. If you would like to buy the kit just pop over to The Colour Room.

I don't know too many digi tricks but I do love not having to print out a photo! I do really need to experiment a wee bit more with both digi and paper layouts.

This is my daughter Sabrina at one of her classmates 6th birthday party in August of this year.

From Delicious Doodles -

Delicious Doodles is a relatively young company with myself, Teri, as the Sole Trader. I have doodled and sketched all of my life, but only started selling my images in the Autumn of 2009.

I design and hand/mouse-draw all of the images that are sold in the Delicious Doodles Shop. Some are cutsie animals, some are sketched flowers, there are a few men's images, some fantasy items and also some 'darker' images featuring Vampires, skulls and Gothic stuff, something for everyone!

Delicious Doodles has also recently begun it's own Challenges on blogger and has it's own blog page featuring inspiration from the Design Team.

Hello there, hope you have had a good week, all good here! On Friday I got to meet the sweet Helen Kinsela, owner of Red Earth Scrapping, was so nice to meet her and her mother, Christine. Hello crafty friends, hope you had a wonderful long weekend (those of us in Australia).

I had a wonderful time at the Brisbane Scrapbook Convention this weekend, I hung out with my lovely friends from Flourish With A Bling, Maggie, Kate, Lucy and Marilyn.

I got to meet Jane Clark and Emily McQueen from the Australian Cardmaking, Stamping and Papercraft Magazine.
